Tropical Storm Karen
Due to Tropical Storm Karen, effective immediately, binding authority has been suspended statewide.
American Integrity Binding Suspension Rule: No new or increased coverage shall be bound, nor shall applications for new or increased coverage be accepted when a "named tropical storm or hurricane" is located within the boundaries West of 72 degrees West Longitude and East of 95 degrees West Longitude and North of 15 degrees North Latitude and South of 35 degrees North Latitude.
